Vergleich

So schmeckt mein erstes ober- und untergäriges FirstPilz


Ich bin hier glaub noch die Antwort schuldig, wie das Ergbnis meines ersten Sudes eigentlich geworden ist. Jetzt, einige Wochen nach dem Brauen, kann ich sagen es schmeckt in beiden Varianten. Das war während der Gärung und der Reifung nicht immer so. Obwohl ich kein Geschmacksprofi bin, versuche ich hier die beiden Biere und ihre Entwicklung mal zu beschreiben.
